The MyUPRR mobile application offers customers the convenient ability to manage and track the status of their rail shipments. With this application, users can receive timely notifications straight to their mobile devices, access up-to-date information about their shipments, and easily create, review, or update service issues.
Key features of the application include:
- Receive various notifications related to rail shipments, such as Bad Order, Chargeable Storage, Constructive Placement, Service Interruption, and General Hold.
- View real-time status and location information for your rail shipments.
- Easily update and create service issues.
Access to the MyUPRR application is currently limited to existing Union Pacific customers with a valid MyUPRR User ID. In case you need to request access or reset your password, please feel free to reach out to the Union Pacific eBusiness Team.
